Umbracor provides photography, graphic design, branding, website development, and hosting services. No purchases are made directly on the website. All projects are invoiced separately after a consultation initiated through our contact form.
Payments are made via a secure third-party invoicing platform, using credit/debit card, PayPal, or in-person options. For large website jobs ($1000+), a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the balance due upon project completion. Photography projects over $600 must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the session. For events like weddings or large shoots, full payment is required 30 days in advance.
Clients may cancel photography bookings up to 30 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made prior to this deadline will receive a refund minus a $200 booking fee. If canceled within 30 days of the event, 50% of the project fee will be retained.
All content created by Umbracor — including photography, designs, and websites — remains the copyright of Umbracor unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive usage rights to display and reproduce the materials for personal or business use. Umbracor retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, printed materials, and promotional assets.
Umbracor is not responsible for service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or delays caused by third-party platforms, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. While reasonable care is taken with all projects, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free outcomes.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises, we encourage an initial attempt at informal resolution via email or phone. If unresolved, both parties agree to participate in non-binding mediation before considering legal action. Any mediation shall take place in Texas, and each party will bear their own costs.
